From pretending the pressure isn’t crushing you.
From managing chaos like a pro and falling apart in the bathroom between meetings.
You don’t need a better morning routine.
You don’t need another mindset podcast.
You don’t need to be more grateful.
You need to stop abandoning yourself.
You need to feel what you’ve been avoiding.
You need to stop betraying your body for the comfort of other people.
And if that sentence just pissed you off a little, good. That means something’s cracking open.
